On a serious note, this is just sad, infuriating and utterly abysmal. The Sims team & EA really should be horrified right now with what they've done essentially breaking their own game for something we never asked for or wanted.

Mods, CC, Script Mods, etc. are bound to break, we know this as mod consumers. HOWEVER, this issue was beyond a simple "this hair is glassy, where's the texture, why are beds disappearing". Most mods & CC refused to load up. That is not modders fault. That is The Sims fault.
