Intelligent people change their minds & opinions all the time. I would highly question someone who never changed their mind or opinion ever in the last 5-10 years. 🤔 That sounds like someone who hasn’t grown, learned anything, or realized that they have ever made mistakes.

The moment you compromise the first line, you may pause and question your decision. But the next time, it’ll get easier and easier until, one day, you’ll be surprised at where you end up. Ask yourself if that first line was worth crossing and redefine your integrity.

The real world has many grey areas, and the lines can sometimes become very blurry. Be honest and true about what line you’ll cross and won’t cross. This line is your integrity.

See people where they are & as they are, not how you want them to be.

I'm not going to ask you what will you do for this entire year ahead. Let's make this simple and achievable for everyone. What will you commit to do today?

Do we know how to thrive? To enjoy our time? To savor life experiences? To be happy? To not worry all the time? To go after what we would love to do? To be completely, genuinely, ourselves?

We know how to survive. In fact, if we’re still alive today, we’re good at surviving. Our survival skills have been developed & trained our whole lives. But, can we thrive?

That fear does not belong in the present. Remind that little part of you that’s scared, that it’s going to be okay, regardless of the outcome. ❤️

When the fear is disproportionate to what is really happening in your life. To say that the course of your entire future depends on this one meeting, one exam, one job, one application, one date, one pitch… is unreasonable.

Scared that you just completely failed at it. Scared that you just blew up that entire thing. Scared you didn’t do as well as you think you should. Scared that you didn’t do a good enough job. How do you know when you shouldn’t be listening to that fear you’re feeling?

Have you ever felt scared that you blew up that one meeting, one exam, one date, one pitch, one trip?

We think time is so limited & life is so short. We forgot that even to exist is already more than to not exist at all. Instead of “what a short life” maybe it’s “wow, we’re actually alive”.

Most of the threads on Threads are about… well, you guessed it: Threads!! It’s so… Meta. 🤯

Our dreams & ambitions are only as big as how much we think we deserve to have. What we dream of cannot be more than what we believe to be our self-worth. We cannot dare great things when we think we are not great.

You can love someone AND say “no”. Saying “yes” doesn’t make you love them more.

What if they are the ones who are lucky to have you? What if you can truly believe that anywhere you go, you are the asset and you are the opportunity for them. Not just the other way around.

Life will look very different when you can spend most of your day in your zone of genius. Maybe today, try figuring out what is your superpower.🦸‍♀️🦹‍♀️

But, I believe we should spend time figuring out what our genius is, because, if you spend time in that zone of genius, you are in alignment with what you should be doing with your life.

Have you figured out what is your superpower? Your zone of genius. That thing you’re just so naturally good at. Sometimes, without even trying. Without realizing that it’s what you’re really good at.
