@HMRCcustomers It was the line to discuss PAYE regarding my own income tax. As you are unable to discuss personal info here I think the least you could do is feed this information back. No reason to be cut off mid conversation after a long wait to speak to someone.

@HMRCcustomers terrible phone line 50 mins plus wait to speak to an advisor then when she is talking and explaining things an automated voice speaks over her and says thank you for your call goodbye and I am cut off. Shocking service do better!
