Ah Yes 💜 Purple coneflower aka echinacea. Herbal infusions into water from roots, flowers, and leaves are used. Make a flower water & freeze into icecubes for a lemonade booster. It doesn't surprise me they bloom around Flu season 💚 Just in time to boost our natural immunity .
