@Arakunrin_MFR the story here is pure hearsay it wasn't true.
There were two names of OPC guys who reigned very well in Mushin in late 2000 before Late Toba.
The person I'm quoting should go and research the name “Computer” for Mushin and Sunday Ikirobo.
This is about OPC stuff and a lot I can't disclose here.
The battle that made Late Toba popular was when he was been back3d by a politician in Mushin that I dont want to mention the name.
The politician gave him a backup to challenge Babaalado, which Akeem No Case led his squad.
I dont want to mention the names of those who led the battle in Idi Araba.

There is a difference between Toba Ijaya and the likes of MC Oluomo. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, after the death of Abiola, when there were serious communal clashes between Yorubas in Mushin and Hausas in Idi Araba part of Mushin, Toba was among those who led squads to defend the Yoruba community of Mushin. Whenever large groups of the Hausas advanced from Idi Araba at night with arms and gvns, they would foil their attacks. During many of the tribal clashes, Toba, as an OPC leader, was always at the forefront of defending the Yoruba community. That is why so many people have come out to sympathize with his family and pay him last respect. A man's legacy is measured by the lives he stood up for, so is Toba.
