a favourite of mine for upper chest many people believe simply putting a bench on an incline will lead to upper chest activation wrong it’s shoulder flexion. aka you need to have your elbows tucked in when performing any upper chest exercise this exercise is a great upper chest movement because of the supinated grip this makes it a lot easier to keep your elbows tucked to achieve the shoulder flexion

@fashycut @IsabellaIsMoody The police forces that specifically enforce these laws are Hard Core. It doesn't matter if its his drone. He shot in the air, those bullets come down. The drone could have fallen on someone. Doesn't matter if it wasn't hit. And they're hard on shooting dead alligators too

If you compared two different people who lifted weights.. and one guy had protein shakes for several meals every day and a different guy had ground beef instead, you would be convinced that the ground beef guy was on steroids

Old-school bovine derived polypeptides (cortexin). A mix of low molecular weight peptides extracted from bovine cortex. Invented in the 80s, used clinically since the 90s and still prescribed today. - Sharper cognition - Increased stress resilience - Anxiolytic - Faster recovery from brain fatigue - Improved memory encoding - Stabilized mood/less anxiety Works at a regulatory level, telling your brain how to heal and optimize itself. Bioregulators like pinealon operate similarly albeit more targeted design.

NSI-189 is doing something most other cognitive enhancers ignore, or induce just a minor effect on. pretty much every cognitive enhancer i talk about works on neurotransmitter chemistry; more dopamine, more acetylcholine, more norepinephrine. makes sense right? it does, and it's efficient for acute efficacy. but NSI-189 works on rebuilding the structure. it stimulates neurogenesis specifically in the hippocampus; one of the only regions in the adult brain capable of ACTUALLY growing new neurons. chronic stress, sleep deprivation, stimulant abuse, and years of high output physically shrink hippocampal volume. the cognitive decline people attribute to aging or burnout is in large part structural. NSI-189 reverses that. the cognitive data from phase 1 trials is interesting, to say the least. working memory and executive function both statistically significantly improved. and considering it's being studied for depression, not even for cognitive enhancement/ cognitive repair, this is really something. what NSI is actually rebuilding: hippocampal volume, which drives memory consolidation, spatial reasoning, pattern recognition, and the brain's ability to form new connections. when it's compromised everything downstream suffers; recall, learning speed, cognitive flexibility, the ability to retain complex information under pressure. when and how for cognitive effect: morning dosing aligns with natural neurogenic circadian rhythms. take with fat-rich food for absorption. 40-80mg is the studied range. and keep in mind this is not an acute compound - effects emerge over weeks as structural changes accumulate. risks: some report initial brain fog as neurogenesis ramps up. long-term human safety data is limited, it's a novel compound. my take: most cognitive enhancers make your existing brain run faster/ better/ more indefatigable. NSI-189 has the potential of making your brain physically more capable of the things you're doing. it's an interesting vertical. i have not personally experimented, but might run a short cycle in the future. the biggest opportunity for NSI, i see in former addicts/ people who need genuine cognitive rehibilitation. that's where i'd place a recommendation right now. what's your experience with NSI-189? not medical advice. swisschems has it, linked below. swisschems.is/product/nsi-18…
