Imagine being shot dead at the Party primaries, That’s unfortunately exactly the fate of this young man. He identified as Sani Abdullahi a resident of Kasuwan Ali in Mangu Local Government area of Plateau state. He’s was shot dead at the venue of the All Progressive Congress APC primary election for the House of Representatives. The exercise was supposed to commence on Saturday but it didn't take place because of the absence of electoral officers. Youths blocked the road and insisted they would not leave until electoral officers arrive to conduct the primary election. This drew attention of security men who tried to disperse them. Youths however responded by throwing stones at the security forces according to eye witness account. Report has it that Soldiers fired shots to scare the protesters and a stray bullet hit Sani Abdullahi.

They assumed Marshall would just accept the insult for Justice Crack’s sake. Instead, Marshall professionally withdrew from the case entirely pulling out all his strategies and representation. This move actually v!olates the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners. You’re not supposed to take over a case another lawyer is already handling without notifying him first. If they truly wanted Justice Crack’s bail to succeed, they should have let Marshall finish what he started. Every action has cons£quences.
