Beyond proud of my sister-in-excellence, @fastforward_edu, for ALL she has accomplished in just a year. This time last year, she was named @TABSE_Texas’ Assistant Principal of the Year and just recently received the honor of being a state recognized demonstration school alongside her principal and teammates. To the world, excellence might appear to be a brand new development, but to me - she’s been amazing since the day we first met. Amesha, I’m so grateful to be able to say you’re one of my very best friends. Keep using your voice to change the world and shine brightly while doing so!

We had an amazing time networking and reconnecting at @TABSE_Texas’ Affiliate/D9 Networking mixer. Greatly enjoyed learning more about these dynamic leaders from across the state.

Once more, we extend many congratulations to Principals @KatachaMiller (@RoyalEarly of @RoyalISD) and @JohnKimAP4U (Simms ES of @TexasCityISD) and their respective teams on their outstanding recognition as 2026 @TABSE_Texas Demonstration Schools!

Since 2023, I have been privileged to attend several professional learning experiences alongside @StaffordMSD Superintendent @Dr_Bostic. Each instance I have grown in knowledge, networking, and confidence as modeled both explicitly and implicitly. Even though I know this will certainly not be our last time seeing one another, photos like this carry a special significance in my heart because they are some of his final moments as our beloved and incredible leader. Dr. Bostic, thank you again for sharing your heart and service with us!

The #TABSE2026 @DWDivas14 honoree @drrachelalex is a true gem in school leadership and faith. Truly enjoyed having a seat at her table at last night’s event speaking on the challenges and opportunities encountered in the journey of a woman’s leadership.
