As per @jomcinerney's request, I wrote a second Lua script that converts protein alignments (clustal format) into emoji alignments. Same codex as before, now with interesting datavis! Code is commented and easy to follow. Link here: github.com/Binomica-Labs/… #diybio #datavis #lua
