Thank you @Fastrack @TitanCompanyLtd for resolving my issue. I received my watch on 24th March from the Ludhiana service centre via courier. The outer case (watch body) was replaced, and the issue is now fully resolved. Appreciate the support and service.

Bought a 50M water-resistant watch in Jan 2026, and moisture started appearing inside the dial without any water exposure. Visited the store twice but they only cleaned it and the issue persists. Expecting a proper solution or replacement. @Fastrack @TitanCompanyLtd

@titanwatches I have to say the titan warranty app is the most horrible app that I have ever used. I can't register my Fastrack watch. The QR code is invalid on the scanner. Really a horrible experience. How must I register the watch. Can somebody help.

@Fastrack Ordered a rare timepiece only to get the product as a defective item. Same day, I've requested a return. The next day, the product is submitted. Cleared return test. I also got the message from your end that the payment will be refunded in 7 days. Not done yet.
