I've come so far, socially I no longer feel isolated constantly & people get the real me I've made new friendships over the last year & I genuinely found a friend for life in one While I struggle some days & I've had a very rough few weeks I am so happy with where I have got

While things are not always easy for me I look back on the last year positively. Despite my issues and despite having limited physical transformation compared with the first 12 months this year is overall one of the best years I have ever had.

Today marks 2 years since I started my weight loss and fitness journey. I look back on who I was and I can't believe how far I have come. From someone that was 30+ stone I got down to a healthy weight in the first 12 months.

Had my first therapy session yesterday, there was no screaming involved so taking it as a positive... I think. Booked in again for next week, hoping that I don't end up with days of anxiety in the up to 2nd one like I did the 1st to make it viable long term

Had a great day out at #doncasterpride Spent the day with an amazing friend, went on several fairground rides for the first time since I was a kid and had so much fun. Lots of people, brilliant atmosphere and wonderful company, what more could a broken weird introvert ask for?

Just got fat shamed while I was out running, so that is a nice way to start the morning.

Alex has talked about the release of this chapter for weeks as a huge milestone in the story. Go give it some love 💛

@ELiEADER I know right, it is the perfect book title. I just finished the one I was reading, was meant to start the final book in the fantasy series I was reading but I don't want it to end and this one has intrigued me so as it is a short book going to start this instead.
