I really hated the ugly girlboss phase of gaming Gears 5, TLOU2, Horizon, Control, Ghost of Yotei, Hellblade, A plague tale, etc For a while, it really felt like every game needed to have a girlboss main character I'm glad gaming is going back to the toxic masculinity era 🔥

This right here is why you can’t adapt RE into a proper Live action. The game, it’s fine, in movie form, it’s corny as fuck.

Oh yeah, aside from the fact that the game was initially intended to be an online project, with 48 colossi, which were cut down to 24, then down to 16, and that Ueda admittedly abused bloom and frame-based motion blur to mask the 15-20 frame rate. All deliberate artistic choices.
