UP NEXT ON FORTISTECH — African schools are running 2025 infrastructure on 1995 systems. Paper registers. WhatsApp grade updates. No record of what a student struggled with last term. No way for a parent to know until the report card. We built the alternative. EduForge — AI-native school infrastructure built for African schools from the ground up. Teachers broadcast live lessons to every student's device simultaneously. Students have a personal AI study partner that learns how they think. Admins get welfare alerts before a student falls through the cracks. Parents get approved reports — on WhatsApp, before they even ask. Four apps. One system. Offline-first. Sovereign data. Works on a phone, a tablet, a smartboard, or a projector. No school left behind because of bad internet. No student invisible because of bad data. This is what we've been building. 🏗️ → First look: fortistech.lovable.app Drop a 🏫 if your school needs this. RT if you know a school owner, admin, or teacher who does. #EduForge #FORTISTech #AfricanEdTech #EdTech #Nigeria #MadeInAfrica #AI #SchoolTech

I’m starting to think building non-tech or non-business apps in public might be a bad idea

8 in 10 apps never break $ 10K in their first year The top 5% earn 500x more than the rest. A few data points that explain why:  1. 89.4% of trial starts happen on day 0. If your first-session paywall isn't doing the work, nothing else will. 2. weekly plans now generate 55.5% of all app revenue. Monthly is the worst-performing plan type at every price tier. 3. Apps that run experiments earn 40x more than those that don't. That gap is growing.
4. Locale testing delivers 62.3% LTV uplift, more than price tests, more than trial tests. @adapty just released their State of In-App Subscriptions 2026 report.  If your app has subscriptions, worth a read

@shorebirddev @favour_dmaster i don't understand your business and def don't understand how the thing works on the backend but I personally don't like pricing based on the number of patch installs but idk what a good pricing model is so idk lol just ignore this reply 😅
