Going from targeting world-class, established primary targets to dropping £50m on a Chelsea backup midfielder because we got outmaneuvered by Spurs and City is crazy coping. Andrey Santos is nice, but we are literally funding Chelsea’s summer budget because we dragged our feet all of June. If we have £50m for Santos, we had the cash for Fernandes. Missing out on Fernandes isn’t an issue, we have plenty midfielders out there, but the fear now is the names we’re getting linked to. They might be a gamble or we go back to square one again.
I’ve always said I trust INEOS in signing players, so will wait till season starts.

The funny thing here is the wooward they’re praising superintended over our financial crisis before INOES took over. Thatns to the stupid big money signings that ended up being flops. We have less money to spend cos after spending on big players, there’s nothing to show for it. No trophies won, no title challenge, no UCL, just spending obscene amount of money on transfers fees and giving everybody 300k per week.
Even have de gea 400k per week after he came back from starting for Spain in their worst World Cup campaign going back home last of their group.

They way fans suddenly hype that boy ehn,you’d think he never played in the league prior to April. Mendez is a genius,he made sure all media bandits squeeze the boy into peoples mouth per second,it was masterclass and it was integral in his valuation as well.
