breakfast/lunch idk 85c (cuz i only had half the broth) the marshmallow flavor is delicious and the frozen texture was perfect today! i'm asking my dad to pick me up some new flavors from walmart on his way home, i hope he isn't weird because of the cals of them like he can be..

how do i even log what happened yesterday..? i just use my notes app and i do daily totals, and like i did a 24.5 hour fast yesterday but i broke it at like 11pm with 10 cal broth and it was like... still that day.. does that make sense 😭 its been 8 hours since broth
