day 1 : morning weigh in: 71.05kg calories burnt: 86 last night's sleep: 12:20am to 6:30am (6 hours and 10 minutes)

rules : - must burn at least 67 calories from walking per day - every food i eat has to be 67 calories or less, but i can have multiple <67 calorie foods in a day - daily weigh ins, i have to know when i hit 67kg - 6 - 7 hours of sleep per day - diet ends when i hit 67kg

i hit 71.0 today so im gonna put myself into some kind of diy bootcamp until i hit 70

@food_4_neglect , the victim ending a relationship, or even just anything that could possibly upset the killer(s). sure, everyone does things wrong and everyone has flaws, but when documentaries say someone did nothing wrong, they mean nothing to make them deserve their death/treatment

@food_4_neglect this is really weird of you to say honestly. a majority of victims are chosen out of hate (misogyny, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, ect), and a lot are because of things like the victim denying sex, the victim being associated with something the killer has a resentment for (1/2)

I hate when I'm hearing true crime stories and someone says "they were a good person, lit up a room, put a smile on everyone's face". Bc I highly doubt that why'd they get killed and tortured then. I mean nobody deserves that but wdym they did NOTHING wrong at all
