Sat in a beer garden not drinking and now I’m sober I can see more & I just find it mad how people can casually drink in a beer garden with no shots or 10 cocktails on the table just simply nursing one drink per hour. I’m not saying the other is better but it’s just foreign to me

Normally I’d agree about reaching for the mental health card but no person in their right mind acts nor responds that way lol. He clearly isn’t on the same planet as anyone else and if you can’t see that you’re really lucky you haven’t had to witness such illness first hand and recognise how far the mind can break

Nobody likes you when you show symptoms of negative mental health. It’s a fact. We can talk all day about ‘mental health matters’ and how important it is, but the moment you are depressed, or show signs of struggling, people start to distance themselves. They see you as a burden, not a person in pain who needs help.
