We mourn the passing of one of Puerto Rico’s greatest jurists, Juan R. Torruella Del Valle, at the age of 87. Torruella served as a judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and has been that court’s first and only Hispanic member to date. #FBA #RestInPeace
