$FBA Roadmap
Phase 1: The Public Challenge
We are experienced Amazon FBA sellers who have already achieved multiple £100K months. The purpose of this phase is to push beyond our previous ceiling by operating fully in public. Our objective is to reach £500K in quarterly revenue by documenting execution in real time and holding ourselves accountable to a visible community. Transparency is used as a performance mechanism rather than marketing, forcing higher standards, sharper decision making, and sustained execution toward a level we have not previously reached.
Phase 2: Initial Launch
The $FBA token is launched on Pump.fun with a clear focus on visibility, positioning, and engagement. We actively interact across X and Pump.fun through live sessions, open discussions, and consistent presence. Alongside this, we produce regular content across TikTok and Instagram. While these platforms are not primarily crypto native, they drive organic engagement and long term reach. Over time, this audience becomes a key onboarding channel as the ecosystem and platform mature.
Phase 3: Initial Growth
Growth during this phase is driven by creator fees, with eighty percent reinvested directly into Amazon stock to accelerate scale and operational momentum. The remaining twenty percent is allocated toward token buybacks, creating a consistent deflationary effect. This structure ensures that business growth and token value remain aligned, rewarding holders while strengthening the underlying operation.
Phase 4: Compounding
As the Amazon business begins generating meaningful profits, the same allocation model continues to apply. Eighty percent of Amazon profits are reinvested back into stock to compound growth, while twenty percent is directed toward token buybacks. This marks the transition from fee driven momentum to profit backed sustainability, reinforcing long term value and resilience.
Phase 5: Staking Pool Launch
Once the project reaches a respectable market capitalisation, the $FBA staking pool will be introduced. Stakers gain access to a growing set of tangible benefits, including vetted wholesale leads, a pricing alert bot, free software analysis and tooling, and exclusive calls with The Nexus. Staking is designed to reward long term alignment while unlocking real operational advantages.
Phase 6: The Nexus Network
The network, known as The Nexus, is structured into two distinct layers. The first is a private group reserved exclusively for Amazon FBA sellers who meet our performance requirements, providing a space to network, collaborate, and share high level insights. The second is an educational access group where qualifying token holders can ask questions, learn the fundamentals and advanced mechanics of FBA, and progress toward becoming active sellers themselves. This structure ensures knowledge flows without diluting quality.
Phase 7: Evaluation and Investment
Once we reach our core target of five hundred thousand pounds in quarterly revenue, the business enters a formal evaluation phase. At this stage, we prepare and present our platform to aligned investors, focusing on the scalability of the ecosystem, the proven operational model, and the long term potential of the $FBA platform. This phase supports expansion while maintaining a community first foundation.
Phase 8: $FBA University Platform
We launch the $FBA University, a fully immersive Amazon FBA platform designed to fill a gap that does not currently exist in the market. The platform is structured across the full lifecycle of an FBA business, with dedicated sections for buying through storefront stalking, wholesale, arbitrage, and private label, as well as selling through pricing strategy and timing. It also covers account setup, account maintenance, and long term operational health. Lessons are curated by real operators and experts from each field, with regular seminars and live sessions. This is not theory based education, but execution led infrastructure. $FBA is the sole method of access and payment.
Phase 9: Mentorship
In the final phase, selected token holders are offered direct mentorship with the objective of helping them scale toward meaningful monthly revenue milestones. This is followed by a limited one to one mentorship programme, accessible exclusively through participation in the $FBA ecosystem and The Nexus.
