The UCP forced through Bill 29, making the government the last-resort payer for diagnostics & labservices. This is another step to a two-tier healthcare system. It undermines that healthcare should be based on need, not your ability to pay. Albertans deserve better.

Danielle Smith makes it clear that she will continue to carry water for the separatists. As she does so, let’s remember what Margaret Thatcher said about referendums: they are "a device of dictators and demagogues.” Smith isn’t defending democracy, she’s making a mockery of it.
