ELA students at the Reese Career and Technical Center are exploring real-life situations through story characters and narratives thanks to teacher Dana Moody. She received $1,492 from FBEF for her grant, “Sensible Literature for Self-Awareness and Social Skills.” #fbefgrants

Whataburger in collaboration with @FBEF_FBISD presented 2026 What-A-Teacher Awards to FBISD TOYS Fawzia Elsaadi of @ASE_Dalmatians & Shenoa Cramer of @SLMSTitans! Each honoree received a $1,000 grant recognizing the positive impact they are making in the classroom and community.

The grant title & current theme in Harsha Patel’s 6th grade AVID class is “Wobble While You Work.” With a $1,416 grant, she bought 18 NeoRok rocking stools to help increase her @FSMSFalcons students’ concentration and focus on classroom lessons, discussions and exams. #fbefgrants
