Our last session of the year will be Monday 19th December and our first session of 2023 will be Monday 9th January.

Great session last night and it stayed dry for a change 😁 1 of our guys picked up a wee calf injury so a timely reminder that we've got to warm up probably especially in these colder conditions 🥶
