On iOS there are tons of shitty apps that manage storage so bad, @onedrive same same, cache gets so big the only way to bring it back to 0 is logoff all accounts delete app and reinstall! After 3month same procedure needed. I opened a supportcase on that this was the answer!

Sry @Apple is it so hard to make the photo app free up space on the iPhone? If space = nearly full, keep the last 3 months of photos and delete all the others from storage if uploaded to iCloud first. We pay for iCloud storage and you still can’t manage to make an 128GB iPhone work?
