Okay, no real surprises here, pretty much what everyone expected. The only thing I didn’t really see coming is Lewandowski starting over Ferran. I thought Lewy got the Getafe game because we needed his profile against a low block, and that Ferran would come back in to continue his good form. But I guess Lewy’s performance against Getafe was enough for Flick to keep him in. It’s actually really hard to predict Flick’s striker choice right this season it's never about a clear starter and backup situation. It’s gotta be a mix of ultra-caution (dude’s had one too many muscle niggles) + Flick just trusting the current midfield rhythm. Gavi’s been an absolute monster since returning, so Hansi’s riding the hot hand while slowly integrating Frenkie back in. Smart but yeah… feels a bit extra at this point. Flick knows his squad best though. Once the run-in intensifies, we’ll see Frenkie bossing it again...

Also, what’s going on with Frenkie? He’s been declared fit for weeks, since the 11th of April, but still can’t get a start. Just caution? Seems very extra. Bit confused tbh.
