For me I would say Barca has a better long term project than Bayern right solely because we have a lot of young players who are starting to peak together, on the other hand Bayern have loads of world class players but they are ageing.

You paid 50m for Palhinha, over 70m for De Ligt and around 80m for Lucas Hernandez, so Bayern have also made plenty overpriced transfers just like Barcelona.

It is believed that a structured offer from Barcelona is worth more than €80m including add-ons while Bayern bid slightly less.
