Train companies like @Se_Railway are a disgrace. Communication so poor & they just leave people hanging around stations guessing when the next train might be bothered to turn up! Real-time information? That is a joke! I’m standing in the freezing cold waiting for a train which simply is advertised as “delayed”. Why is it delayed? How long can we expect the delay? Why did they not inform customers it was delayed until the very minute it was due here - despite the fact it hasn’t even left a station that is about 15 mins away! What gets me about such things is they charge sky-high prices! Travelling by train is unaffordable for so many. In an age where we are trying to get people off the roads, travelling by train is far more expensive. 🤬🤬🤬
