He was “get it done on time” and “I’ve got time for you as well.” Early riser with times, places, weights, names, tickets, shelter, transport + food options fixed + ready. In PE this year, I asked if he’d had time to read the paper. “All of them. Every day. No idea why.” He was so helpful to my wife when she was ill. Pure gent + unparalleled rugby man. Bonus point system in the URC and rugby in general needs looking at. Stormers should not be getting a bonus point for beating one of the worst teams in the league 29-21 at home… that’s a poor performance but they get rewarded for it…
