Genuinely how are people surviving? Gas is $4 a gallon. Every time I go to the store I get a few things and it’s always $150 minimum every time. This is crazy.

What if I told you a 15-minute bike ride could help fight dementia? We use something called Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) in my assisted living homes. A mask alternates between low oxygen, simulating high altitude, and high oxygen at 85%. Low oxygen forces the body to become efficient. • Blood vessels open up • The heart pumps harder • The brain gets first priority Then you flood it with oxygen. It reaches tissues and organs that aging has quietly cut off from good circulation. We're seeing residents: • Have more energy • Have a bigger appetite • Sleep through the night for the first time in years.

@WallStreetApes It was quite difficult in 1980, then one after one, the roadblocks show up … always the citizens who pay. Now we’re really still really renting because property taxes are so high.

New data shows that younger Americans will likely never be able to afford a home and will be “forever renters” - America is roughly 4 million homes short - Home prices have gone up 300% since 1990 - Incomes have gone up less than half that amount - Since the start of the pandemic in 2020, US home prices have soared nearly 50% - The median home price is around $405,000–$416,00 - In places like California, cities like San Diego have an average home price of around $1 million - Rents have increased as much as 36% since the pandemic (2020)

A few of us watched … - Rating (60.2–60.3): This means roughly 60% of all U.S. television households with a TV set were tuned in to the episode at any given time during its broadcast. In 1983, this translated to about 50.15 million households. - Share (77): This is the percentage of all TVs that were actually turned on during that time slot. In other words, 77% of households watching any television that night were watching the MASH* finale—nearly 4 out of every 5 sets in use. ### Viewership Numbers The episode averaged about 105.9–106 million viewers, with a total audience (people who watched any part of it) reaching around 121.6 million. Some contemporary reports rounded the total up to 125 million. At the time, the U.S. population was about 231–233 million.

Brampton families should not have to live like this. At 5:44 a.m. on Friday, April 10, in Brampton’s southwest area, a homeowner pulled into their driveway, parked in the garage, and within seconds suspects rushed the property during the garage-close window. Threats screamed. Panic inside the home. Family terrified. This wasn’t downtown chaos. This was a quiet residential neighborhood. Criminals are getting bolder, faster, and more organized. They know routines. They watch patterns. They strike in seconds. People work their whole lives for a home… now some are scared just pulling into their own driveway. Enough is enough. Public safety has to come first.

@LibertyCappy Sheboygan Wisconsin … Flag size: 70 feet by 140 feet (about 9,800 square feet) and weighs around 250 pounds when flying. It is one of the largest free-flying U.S. flags in North America.

If you look at the Covid shots alone, consider that no company operating within a market framework could ever have gotten away with such widespread distribution of such ineffective, unsafe, and largely unnecessary products, which were mislabeled as vaccines from the beginning. Not only would a private rating agency decline to approve them, the imposition of normal liability standards would have made insuring the manufacturers and distributors completely unaffordable. The vaccine industry even from its inception has relied on disabling market forces via a range of interventions: zero-priced distribution, wartime inoculation of soldiers, legalized and court-imposed mandates, exclusions of refuseniks from education and professional life, subsidies, patent sharing with agencies, liability indemnifications, and finally invoking emergency needs to bypass normal standards of safety. @CynicalPublius Well … my first post is someplace … anyhow, same/similar thoughts. Grew up with the space programs in black and white TV, Walter Cronkite. Got to stay up for it all as Dad was USAF, a tech junkie, and a space travel enthusiast. 🇺🇸
