Senior Shoutout! We honor one of the best athletes ever to attend FDR, Sarah Trainor! An elite distance runner, Sarah is National Record holder in Steeplechase! She has been a leader in our program for years and will take her talents to the UNC Tar Heels! Thank you Sarah!

Congratulations to The FDR Boys Basketball Team for their 70-48 road victory over Rondout Valley tonight. Hunter Vansteenburgh had 19 points and 10 rebounds, Dylan Craft had 17 points and 13 rebounds, and Justin Patsey added 17 points. HUGE GAME on Thursday at Red Hook !!!
