Interviewer: Is there a secret to how you incorporate that diverse "Filipino-ness" into your music? Pablo: I don't think there's a need to force specific elements into the music. Because, for instance, if you think, "I have to make this song sound Japanese," and the act of adding Japanese elements becomes the goal itself, then it ceases to be "real" or "authentic," right? When we feel that a Filipino-style sound is necessary for the message we want to convey, we try to incorporate it naturally. By doing that, the final result feels much more organic. The important thing is not to create with the mindset of "I absolutely must include a Filipino element here." First, you captivate the audience with the message and the overall sound, drawing them into your world. I believe that it's only after that that you can finally introduce your own culture and background. #SB19日本ログ2026 #SB19
