@horsepower It's amazing, recently did the same to a C5 55" because of that brightness booster i mainly use it for content and gaming honestly and HDR content is amazing. Only advice is setup the C5 and then block it off the router, it's notorious for data collecting. Basically a big monitor

I’m wondering how bad of an idea it would be to run one of these LG C5 OLED TVs as my PC monitor. They’re 4K and 144hz. I currently have the LG UltraGear pictured, however I want a bigger screen, 4K, and a better OLED panel. I don’t utilize the 480hz and I play games casually.

If I were going to buy a MacBook, this is the only MacBook I'd buy today. MacBook Pro 16 M5 Max 128GB ram $5400 is pretty high though.

Emulating windows games and the way they have been advancing gpu cores on Apple it looks promising

Pass. The headway made in emulation both in classic consoles but specifically windows games is an ocean I don’t see as crossable on apple silicon. Recently Valve has jumped headfirst into Fex X86-arm emulation. I don’t care about the native capabilities of apple products. I care about customization and community software breakthroughs.
