Ojer and the squad were excellent this weekend, the new recruit Hearthborn Battler was great.

I really loved ECL limited. I think sealed was better than draft, but that sounds fairly normal for a tribal set with 5 ‘main’ archetypes by design.
From my experience this is the best tribal set ever designed. I will give them a 8/10 grade for draft and 10/10 for sealed deck.

Didn't get a chance to post these—my draft decks from yesterday. 2-1 in the first draft w merfolk, 1-1-1 in the second draft w goblins (IDd into the promo lol). both drafts incredibly awkward, don't think this set is capable of producing a normal draft

5-3 at Spotlight Toronto. I think my deck was totally reasonable, and I'm happy with the colors I picked. For some reason the Moon-Vigil Adherents wasn't in my deck, but I boarded it in every round. I still struggle with Sealed, but all the practice with Karl and Stefan helps!

Won an RCQ. Played the Jeskai deck that top 8d the PT because the dude was 8-0 after day 1 and I already owned all the cards. Played quite poorly but saw just enough good matchups to mitigate all that
