@AskPayPal I made a funds transfer from my PayPal to my bank account. However, I was unaware that my bank had officially changed its name from PT. BANK TABUNGAN PENSIUNAN NASIONAL to PT. BANK SUMITOMO MITSUI INDONESIA as of Nov 18, 2024. Does the bank's name change will affect my money?

@AskPayPal But according to my PayPal transaction history, the status is "transfer completed," but the funds have not been credited to my Bank account until now. Could the funds have been lost because I used the old bank name instead of PT. BANK SUMITOMO MITSUI INDONESIA?
