Client: I want a system in @make_hq that watches my emails, categorizes them by priority, travel, action items, meeting requests, etc. Automatically books the meeting and sends a confirmation back to the sender. Turns action items into tasks in @airtable, I can track. Me: Say no more 🤝 Automated Email management & Calendar System

20 That girl had no clarity. She did not know what she wanted. She did not know what life had to offer. She was just existing. Moving through days without direction. Without purpose. Without a plan. Just existing. 21 Something shifted. She was done. Done with just living a normal life. Done with barely getting by. Done with not knowing who she was or what she was here for. She was tired of being broke. Tired of feeling stuck. Tired of watching life happen to her instead of for her. She wanted more. She just did not know how to get it yet. 22 That year was tough. I will not sugarcoat it. 22 was one of the hardest years of her life. She suffered. She sacrificed. She cried in ways that nobody saw. She showed up on social media with no direction just because something inside her said keep going. She was broken. She was frustrated. She was tired. But she kept going anyway. Even when nothing was working. Even when nobody was watching. Even when she could not see the light at the end of it. She kept going anyway. 23 Everything started to make sense. Things started falling into place. Slowly. Then all at once. The sacrifices started paying off. The sleepless nights started making sense. The moments where she almost gave up started revealing why she had to hold on. And then she looked up and realised. Oh. Look at her. Look at what she built. Look at what she survived. Look at what she became. She went on to embody her name. Grace. Living in God’s grace. Favoured in ways she cannot fully explain. She started accomplishing things she once wrote down in a journal and thought were too big to be real. She stepped out of her comfort zone. Built a community online. For a girl who could not even string up a proper sentence. She started impacting lives through the Skill to Income Academy. For a girl who had to borrow money just to learn a skill. She started showing up for people. For a girl who once had no one to show up for her in that way. This is 24 And this is just the beginning. Dear Catherine. God has shown himself in your life in so many ways that you cannot even begin to count them. The scholarship you never applied for. The job that came through a referral when you were not even first on the list. The apartment that came to you when you were not even looking. The grace that keeps finding you no matter how hidden you try to stay. On this day I speak Godspeed over your life. Godspeed to do amazing exploits. Godspeed to move. Godspeed to execute. Godspeed to become everything that 20 year old girl could not even imagine. HAPPY 24TH BIRTHDAY CATHERINE ANTHONY IKONO. There is nothing too difficult to achieve as long as you set your heart on it. Nothing. You proved that. And you will keep proving it. This is 24 And it is just the beginning. 🎂🔥 ——————————————————- If you are somewhere at 20 or 21 or 22 phases of Catherine’s life right now with no clarity and no idea what your next step is. Catherine sees you. And as a birthday gift she put together everything that has helped her go from that girl with no direction to where she stands today. Grab it in the comments. It is her gift to you. 🎁

At 22, God said "relax child and let me handle it". And he did handle it. This is 23! I'm trusting he'll do same. Look who just walked into her year of abundance 🥰. Happy birthday Catherine 🎂🎉🎈

In 5 years, you will wish you started at least one of these earlier: 1. Learn a high-income skill Pick one: design, tech, marketing, writing, or sales. Use YouTube, Coursera, or Udemy and give it 30–60 minutes daily. 2. Start that business idea Stop overthinking. Test it with WhatsApp Business or Instagram and sell to people around you first. 3. Create content Use your phone and start posting on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or X. Don’t wait to be perfect, just stay consistent. 4. Save money consistently Automate it with PiggyVest or Cowrywise. Even small amounts saved regularly compound over time. 5. Learn how investing works Start with beginner-friendly content on YouTube and explore apps like Cowrywise to get comfortable. 6. Build something for yourself Create a simple brand page. Use Canva, start posting, and put your ideas out there. 7. Network intentionally Be active on LinkedIn. Share what you’re learning, engage with people, and stay visible. 8. Take care of your health Walk more. Drink more water. Sleep better. A healthy body improves everything else. 9. Improve your confidence & communication Practice speaking. Record yourself. Put yourself in spaces where you’re forced to communicate. 10. Try, fail, and try again Nobody gets it perfect immediately. Start anyway and improve as you go. How to stay consistent: → Pick just 1–2 things from this list → Set small daily or weekly goals → Don’t overwhelm yourself → Progress comes from showing up consistently Your future self is watching.

5 tips I’d give a beginner starting out in AI and Automation: 1. Start Simple Before Going Advanced Don’t jump straight into complex workflows. Begin with one or two repetitive tasks you do daily, like sending email follow-ups or moving data between apps. Automate those first. It builds confidence fast. 2. Map Out the Process First Before touching any tool like Zapier, Make, or N8N, write out the steps of your workflow on paper, I use Miro. Clarity upfront saves you hours of fixing broken automations later. 3. Learn Basic Logic & Triggers Automation is 80% logic. Learn what triggers, actions, filters, and conditions mean. Understanding these will make any automation tool feel less intimidating. 4. Always Add Error Handling Things break. Apps change. Data fails. Add steps like notifications, error logs, or retries so you can fix issues quickly without the whole workflow collapsing. 5. Document everything. I keep a simple drive for my automation, this always comes in handy, when I want to build similar workflow for a client, Future you will always say thanks.

I started with little clarity, jumping from one thing to another Now I understand this; Focus is what turns effort into results. Still learning. Still growing.
