Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s second daughter, Charlyn, was paralyzed for years. Doctors said she would never walk again. Pastor Chris prayed, did everything he knew to do, yet the healing didn’t come. Miracles were happening in crusades, but his daughter remained paralyzed. In that season, Pastor Chris asked the Lord, “Why is she not healed?” God answered: _“The anointing does not work with sentiment, but with faith.”_ Pastor Chris then began teaching her the Word of God to stir up faith in her heart. And the miraculous happened 😱 She stood up, started walking and running, became a top athlete in her school, and a fire-brand minister of God 🔥🔥

Sunday is more than a day of rest — it is a reminder that God is still writing beautiful stories for those who trust Him.

Private War in the family

A generation can recover from lack of resources, but it suffers deeply when leadership lacks character.

The strongest leaders are not always the most talented. Sometimes they are simply the ones who refused to quit when things became difficult.

God does not call leaders to impress people. He calls them to carry responsibility with wisdom, humility, and truth.

Some people want power to be seen. Others seek God so they can serve. The difference always shows with time.

Leadership is not proven by how loud you speak, but by how many lives become better because you showed up.

In a generation chasing influence, may God raise leaders who still value integrity over applause.

No one except Alex’s mom and his wife knew about his cancer diagnosis. Alex has been in hospital since April. Any friend or foe that says they’ve been speaking to Alex from 2nd week of April till he passed yesterday is just lying. Alex’s phone has been off since April. Those that called couldn’t reach him. Their only means of communication was to just call Alex’s mother. Alex had a Non Disclosure Agreement with his hospital not to tell any other family member about it. Even his pastor, Pastor Jerry didn’t know. Even hospital staff aside his doctor, didn’t know his diagnosis. His illness was Cancer of the Kidney and not liver cancer. Throughout the time his phone has been off, those that contacted his mom were told, Alex said he wants to be off phone calls for two months. His closest circle, IK and Vintage only found out on Monday that Alex has been battling cancer quietly for over a year. It’s been hard for especially his close friends because Alex went into coma on Monday and that was when they all found out he has been battling this.

Some prayers remain void until we surrender

A true leader is not the one who controls people the most, but the one who submits to God the deepest. Leadership without God creates pride. Leadership with God creates impact.
