How do we arm Europe quickly and build up a massive European defence Industry so we can be safe from Russia? The answer is: We cant. Not quickly. Sputhern Europe is still sleeping but Northern and Baltic Europe is wide awake and armring like hell. Several countries are now spending significantly more of GDP on defence than the USA. Finland is already strong and Poland is very close to being ready. The rest are on their way. But we need more time. Five-ten years from now, we will not need to fear Russia. They will be outmatched. But right now, Russia is a real danger. So what do we do? There are only two options: 1) Try to keep the USA as an ally for as long as possible until we are ready. That means keep stroking Trump’s ego and humiliate ourselves Marc Rutte style. Accept extortion, insults, threats and concessions while calling Trump “Daddy” and giving him made up peace prizes. The problem is: Even that is not going to work. Regardless of what we do, Trump and his gang will want new humiliations every week. Giving in to a ridiculously unfair trade deal did not make the USA friendlier to Europe. Doubling defence spending has not made them less hostile to Europe either. Nothing will. They hate Europe, support Russia and cant be won over. They will not be there for us, and Russia knows it. That leaves only one option: 2) Support Ukraine like our lives depend on it because they do. As long as Ukraine stand between Europe and Russia, we are safe. Russia can not even take Donbas from Ukraine and would be in way over their heads if they also had to fight the Nordic countries, Poland, Germany, France, Britain and Canada in Eastern Europe. We must demand that EVERYBODY in Europe contribute. No more free-riding from Italy, Spain and France. Not a eurocent in subsidies from the EU to traitors like Hungary and Slovakia before they also join. It is real. This is not a drill. It is time to step up. We can easily do it and I am confident, that we will. Glory to Ukraine and glory to Europe.

I don’t know if people realize this, but what is going on in Hungary is almost exactly the same thing that happened here. ⚠️ Anyone remember the “assassination attempt” on Trump’s life in Pennsylvania? They may try to do it with JD Vance in Hungary and blame Ukraine for it. Imagine how much anti-Ukraine and anti-EU hate in the EU and U.S. will follow. This is Trump’s, MAGA’s, European far-right’s, and of course Putin’s wet dream. And if they’re not going to do it, they will say they thwarted an assassination attempt on Vance or Orbán. Don’t fall for it, folks.

The problem with the Russians is that they love to talk about compromises but never make them. They only speak the language of ultimatums. They want us to withdraw from our territory which is under our control. But the reason for this demand lies in their huge losses. They think if we pull back, they won’t lose hundreds of thousands of people. While this is true, we can't withdraw. This would carry major risks for us. Russia will gain stronger positions in Ukraine, and will start preparing for further occupation. They are liars and they are playing games with President Trump. I am 100% convinced the Russians want to fully occupy us. That's why we need to stop them, reach the ceasefire, make strong security guarantees, and then move it all to diplomacy. Velmi zajímavé. A dobré vědět. Via fb Jan Bělíček: Nový šéfredaktor Aktuálně dnes zveřejnil hejt na Martina Baxu a podporuje myšlenku Oty Klempíře, že by ministr kultury měl mít větší dohled nad tím, jaká kultura by se měla podporovat z veřejných zdrojů. Zapojil se tak do debaty, kterou odstartoval Klempíř na svém FB, kde upozornil, že Fond audiovize podpořil jedním milionem vznik filmu o „queer komunitě“. V Zrnově textu mě zaujal útok na „antikoncepci zdarma“, kterou prý navrhovala Eva Decroix a taky tato citace: „Zkuste si ale představit malý myšlenkový experiment – že jakoukoliv státní dotaci dostane třeba Hnutí pro život pod záminkou umělecké performance jménem „Pochod pro život“. To by bylo v těch samých kruzích rázem živo…“ A tohle je podle mě klíčová informace a důvod, proč by Matyáš Zrno vůbec neměl být v pozici šéfredaktora Aktuálně. Měl jsem za to, že to je rozšířená informace, ale podle toho, že odpor proti jeho nástupu na šéfredaktorskou pozici v kdysi liberálním médiu byl minimální, předpokládám, že to zas tak rozšířená informace není. Matyáš Zrno velmi aktivně spolupracoval s Hnutí pro život a nebál bych se ho označit za „pro-life“ a anti-queer aktivistu. Jak možná víte, před pár lety jsme se soudili s organizací Hnutí pro život a já jsem kvůli tomuto soudu pečlivě studoval veškeré materiály, které tato organizace publikovala. Narazit na Matyáše Zrna v těchto takzvaných oběžnících Hnutí pro život nebylo vůbec těžké. Byl totiž velmi častým autorem článků a rozhovorů v těchto publikacích. Zcela náhodně jsem si teď otevřel oběžník číslo 1 z roku 2019 a zjistil jsem, že Matyáš Zrno v něm má hned pět (!) textů. Kromě něj do tohoto čísla přispěl už jen předseda HPŽ Radim Ucháč. Jeden z těchto textů má třeba nadpis ‚Třetí dítě? Cikáni? Ne, především vzdělaní‘. Další články se věnují protipotratovým akvitám u nás i v Evropě. Pokud vás překvapuje, proč Zrno na stránkách Aktuálně řeší queer lidi, interrupce a antikoncepci, je to právě kvůli tomuto jeho „myšlenkovému“ pozadí. Přestože ještě nedávno byly tyto oběžníky dostupné online, dnes už odkazy na ně nefungují. Možná tady byla snaha minulost šéfredaktora Zrna zamáznout, ale ty materiály má celá řada lidí stále k dispozici a je možné do nich kdykoliv nahlédnout. Pokud vás teď překvapuje, proč kdysi liberální redakce Aktuálně takřka každý den bojuje proti feminismu, queer lidem a progresivnímu myšlení obecně, tady máte vysvětlení. To, že je Klempířův návrh útokem na nezávislost umělecké tvorby v Česku, je zcela neoddiskutovatelné, ale myslím si, že je důležité vědět, proč ho v tom tolik podporuje právě Matyáš Zrno a proč jsou v jeho textech zmínky o antikoncepci, tradiční rodině i Hnutí pro život.
