We celebrated #HelloYellow again this year, raising money for @YoungMindsUK, and talking about the theme of #WorldMentalHealthDay"mental health in an unequal world" #cobhamhallwellbeing

Trauma isn't just about what's happened to us. Often it's about what hasn't happened for us. Too often we think of trauma as a sequence of events. Let us remember, that the absence of something, someone, qualities or experiences, are often sufficient.

It is so great having our students back in school and being able to open the doors to the Wellbeing Centre again. New supplies of slime and play doh are arriving, as well as these fab new books from @nicolamorgan. They will take pride of place in the book corner

I am so excited to have been offered a place on this course for Sept. It looks like it will fit perfectly in with my job as the school MHWB Lead

@fenicec I love the girls on board model @GirlsonBoarduk - it helps girls make sense of the social dynamics that are often very typical for girl friendships and it enables them to build empathy and resolve conflict independently.

Twitter help needed...Any resources available to help teen girls struggling with friendship issues and anxiety during lockdown? Any ideas gratefully received. So difficult when they are not at school with us.
