Five years of NIJISANJI EN is hard to comprehend. When Lazulight first debuted, I barely understood what a VTuber was, picking up the culture little by little. When I first joined, I had never heard of NIJISANJI before and auditioned thinking I might work here for 2 or 3 years at most. To still be here after almost 5 years is such a blessing, because I had no idea just how special this chapter of my life would become.
The experience of being a part of NIJISANJI is unlike anything I've felt before. To be a part of a wide family not just with EN but with NIJISANJI as a whole makes me feel supported and like I'm helping to work towards something huge for people I care about and love. Idol/Oshi culture was totally new to me at first, but my kindred showed me just how loving a community can be and I'll always be grateful for how they took me by the hand and guided me in the early stages of my career.
Something that I think paints the perfect picture of why being a NIJISANJI Liver is so incredible is the experience of working on my 3D Debut, Minotaur. To arrive to a pristine, clean and bustling office, to enter a massive studio surrounded by technical crew, managers, directors and camera operators only for these professionals to turn to me and say "Okay, what would you like to do?" is to feel truly and utterly creatively free. What a blessing, to live out my dream of making films in such a carefree, supportive environment.
All I want to say is that NIJISANJI is to me so much more than just another job, it's a community both within the company and of the fans that support us always. It's something I want to stay with for as long as possible and to always push the boundaries within to help us reach new heights, hopefully so that I can make you as proud as I ever could.
In our 5th anniversary page, one staff member signed their message with えいEN. Thank you to ANYCOLOR and the fans of NIJISANJI for always supporting EN. We will keep trying to show the whole world how special you and this experience truly are.
