Just rewatched the Final and wow Georgia Heffernan really just played out if her skin. I don’t think she conceded any turnovers & got 2 defensive tips that resulted in turnovers 😮‍💨😮‍💨 She was better than I even noticed #CWGNetball

@tehecaed I take back what I said about the shooting because G.Heff puts up good numbers in ANZP where as Met didn’t. So it is important to shoot. Plus I wouldn’t get rid of the fitness standards so she has to be fit enough to get in

@fernnz122 A few years ago I would’ve second this 100%, but now I don’t know if she should. I think we lowkey fumbled her. She was probably tied up in the whole tensions that saw Noels getting stood down so I think time away from the squad for her is needed. That’s just my assumptions tho

NZ needs to invest into another pure GA, these GS/GA slides don’t work. If G.Heff went down, NZ were cooked. Although T.Met doesn’t shoot, neither did G.Heff so can’t use that argument against T.Met so that’s why id bring her in as well as TPSR and Malesala. #CWGNetball

@fernnz122 T.Met has probably the best court work from any GA we have , shes so great in opening spaces , driving through , ball and court craft is amazing. Her biggest thing against her is her low volume , fitness and her error rate. Shes quite costly at times but with more investment
