Pashov Audit Group Internship Program 2025 has officially been completed successfully🥂 Here are some of the most interesting stats: 1. ~430 applicants, 40 accepted, 37 completed, ~14 will try a few extra audits with us as "side auditors", only 2 will start doing audits with us as "experienced auditors" 2. The interns did a total of 479 audit days, found a total of 13 Critical, 42 High and 57 Medium severity issues. Only 6 of these findings were not found by the "experienced" auditors teams, and these 6 findings were found by 3 interns in total. 3. At least 2 interns started full-time positions in well-known web3 security companies after the internship, saying it contributed to their acceptance and success. Overall program satisfaction is >90% 4. Internship cost was ~$20k. While most people wanted to pay to be part of it, the chosen ones were paid a small amount for each audit day. Also 3 interns got "fixes applying" opportunities on the side during the internship and were paid fairly. 5. Everybody made great connections, saw what team work is, got their name on audit reports and much more. We will be running another program next year expectedly.
