Artiste managers should adopt Olamides way of managing. Sign them to a 1 or 2yr contract. Make them big and after that they're own their own. Everyone wins and there's no bad blood after. It worked for Fireboy, Asake, Adekunle Gold etc. Better than "owning someone" which is how most artistes see it like
