You just need to play games where you can afford to lose. ​Look at the math if you make ten different asymmetric bets of $5M: ​9 of them go to absolute zero (Loss: $45M) ​1 hits like Moniepoint (Gain: $200M) ​Net Profit: $155M ​You can literally be wrong 90% of the time and still walk away a massive winner. ​The lesson here is simple: Stop looking for "safe" bets with tiny, capped rewards that require you to be perfect. ​Look for asymmetry. Find opportunities where the cost of being wrong is just a temporary setback, but the cost of being right changes your family's financial history forever. 🥂
