Kingsway currently closed — and surrounding roads likely affected — between the lights at Queensway/School Lane over the bridge to the lights at Tesco/Didsbury Road

Due to an ongoing incident, Kingsway (A34) is closed in both directions from the junction of Parrs Wood Lane to Queensway to ensure officers can respond safely. This is likely to impact travel for several hours, including into rush hour. East Didsbury Metrolink remains open.
