This goes way back. Heard Duel gave him a deal despite having zero online presence. Steam made changes to trading where you can reverse trades, he lost 40 bands on purchased skins. (which now he could send back through steam in the click of a button) Monarch’s site had a clear set rule which was no reversals. A deal was a handshake.
