Btw for the sake of honesty I ended up impulsively eating a bunch of crispbread with avocado and butter plus nuts and dark chocolate because I realized I still hadn't eaten enough fat consistently and I'm just so over my hormones being out of whack

Going out to eat alone has been a HUGE fear bc at least when I'm with someone it's more abt spending time with them and not the food but if I'm alone it's like I'm there just to eat and ppl might judge me for it but I'm going alone to get breakfast at a restaurant tomorrow!! :D

I dont think you understand what this number means for me. the older me couldn't have even dreamt of seeing the 50s on the scale.. this is a huge milestone for me, even though it took me longer than it should've & I struggled so much.

not really my fav protein bars barebells def have more flavor and are more candy bar like but these were still better than most bars with similar macros. The mild taste made the coconut good even for me as a coconut hater but made the white chocolate taste kinda bland (3/3)

Sportyfeel protein bar review!! Both def had that artificial brick like taste which I was expecting bc of the macros but it still wasn't as bad as some others. The texture was nice and pretty soft but the flavor wasn't as intense which was a bit disappointing (1/3)

Wieiad 🍵🥚🥬🍞🧀 actually ate in a cafe today and even had a matcha too without freaking out abt liquid cals :D also went thrifting and found much needed new pants 👍 I might challenge eating out more the cafe had a sushi place next to it that I really wanna try some day

Mini lidl haul !! :3 I can't wait to try the protein bars even tho coconut flavor is a bit hit or miss for me also I'm gonna be using the chocolate sticks in so many oatmeal and yog bowls yippee!
