@windupsanya i joined ffxiv a year after DT came out and by that point my friends had already been playing for three years. the learning curve was kinda brutal for me, and maybe what i need is to keep practicing until im confident and not force myself to climb to the next prog point! TY Sanya

@ffxivcalsh happened to me a lot when i was trying to reclear m10s alone XD but what i did was joining learning/derust parties until i got confident with the mechs i wasn't good at then started to go for reclear pfs. and sometimes reclear pfs still mess up a lot so i say just go for it tbh

how do you overcome pf anxiety? i've been progging the current savage tier on pf and i hesitate to join a party so often that when i finally muster up the courage, it already closed XD

i think it's mostly contributed by a mix of the fear of disappointing others, performing poorly, or just being bad overall. of course sometimes i stumble upon a group of people who are kind, and there are a share of players who will have none of it as well (which I get)

@windupsanya That was me with a certain tank character in Shadowbringers! By the end of EW I was bawling like a baby, and I knew I could never leave XD

@ffxivcalsh unfortunately i got spoiled when i started ff, it was endwalker patch at that time. there's one character from that expansion that piqued my interest so i made it my goal to reach EW to get to know them. the more i play the more i love the game— story and gameplay wise!

What kept you going after ARR? I bought the Shadowbringers exp because I wanted to be a bun girl LOL I’ve been hooked ever since
