I was really worried about having kids I’ve always wanted them, But at the end of the day I just didn’t feel ready Felt like I had a lot I needed to do in my career, my marriage, my finances But my wife and I had been together for 11 years I was turning 30, and at some point if you’re going to have kids, you actually have to have them So last year, with trepidation, we decided it was time to start I cannot explain to you the amount of joy my son has brought me in the last 5 months If you are on the fence of having kids, I can’t recommend it stronger This is Sammy’s first time in a pool

@RichLassiterMD Swapped all of my STRF for STRK a few weeks ago. I still keep a little STRC as a function of cash though.

Everyone's talking about STRC. I get it...a tax-deferred return of 11.5% is fantastic. But STRK is a better investment if you can wait quarterly for your payment. 10.96% yield at today's price. $34.98 if it returns to par ($100) while you collect a year of payments, vs $11.5 in a year for STRC. And potential unlimited upside, but certainly much, much higher as MSTR accelerates, and you collect the 10.96% while you wait.

A friend of mine just sold a property and is now sitting on about $245,000 in cash. He was considering buying an apartment outright in Miami, no mortgage, paying cash, even with a $675/month HOA association fee. After all expenses, he estimated he could net around $1,500 per month if he rented it. I brought up Bitcoin, but he’s very risk averse, so he immediately shut that idea down. Then I mentioned $STRC. At an 11.5% yield, that same $245,000 could potentially generate around $2,347 per month, without dealing with tenants, vacancies, repairs, or HOA issues. I mentioned STRC is not risk free. That it may potentially generate more income, but it comes with different risks than a rental property such as market risk, structural risk, and potential changes in yield. Today he’s going to look into it and do his own research. Hopefully he makes an informed decision and chooses the option that best fits his goals and risk tolerance. Sometimes people don’t choose the safest option. They choose the risk they understand best. And thats ok

Big things coming down the pipe for GenAIPI that @CEgglesfield and I are working on. Can’t wait to share some of the news soon. Lots of travel back and forth to LA on the docket. The process of creating is where I find some of my greatest joy. Lots of that coming.

Shout out to Brett from @DesignjoyCo. Without his Productize Yourself course (link in next post), I don't think I would've even tried to build Jamm. Thanks, Brett! 🙌

I have no idea why Tesla hasn't come out with a Tahoe-style SUV. Pair that with FSD and it would be one of the top-selling vehicles in the world.

I’m addicted to this. I keep expanding the scope of what I’m building. I’ve built into the system AI Agents for design and security. The designer keeps working on UX improvements and the security agent is providing a 24/7 review of the systems, external security updates, patches etc… When I’m done I’d like to get an actual developer and security expert to review it with an honest assessment.

I now understand why AI will eat the software industry. I used to have a web agency. With Claude over the last 3 days I have built and deployed a system that would have: - Taken 6 months - Cost £150-200k - Required 8 different skill sets I can't design. I can't code. I don't understand SQL, APIs, Cloud Storage - yet Claude has walked me through Github, Supabase, Vercel and it is deployed and working. A 100% custom software system - 3 days, 1 idiot. BLOWN AWAY!

@RepJackKimble Agreed. $5M per year is the new living wage. You are woefully underpaid for how productive and useful Congress is. A shame really.

Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.

What is GBrain? My open source project is a knowledge system, not RAG in a box. It gives agents 8 layers that work together to improve memory in a way that makes your already smart OpenClaw or Hermes Agent feel clairvoyant about who you are. Personal AI becomes possible.

@fhlcreative It is a superpower indeed! Your agent in discord, is that openclaw? I ran out of credits multiple times this week, it was like having a Lamborghini, and then having to go back to walking for a while, quaint, and interesting : )

This week I started tracking how much time just 1 of my AI agents saved me across my @runsidecar + Townsite initiatives. Conservative count: 8+ hours Not vague "AI helped me" math. Just admin avoided, docs drafted, ops cleaned up, and reusable systems built.
