well i finally did it. i got back to 6 months sober. it's been often horrible and so hard getting back here, but i did it. the pebbles for each day are in the jar and keep stacking up. after so many slip ups i never thought i'd get back here. i hope i continue on this path 🙌🏻

when i go into manic mode i bake at 1am. rainbow cookies, gingerbread biscuits and chocolate chip cookies. i tidy the kitchen in speed mode. my addict side is angry with me because i'm 6 months sober soon. it wants me to self sabotage. so i distract myself. it's so stupid.
