Almost two thirds of people don’t know that you can self-refer to NHS talking Therapies online to access treatment for anxiety and depression. The service is effective, confidential and free. You can refer yourself or talk to your GP: nhs.uk/talk.

Did you know you don't have to attend a school to access the School Nursing service? You just need to be between 11-19 years (or a parent of a 5-19 year old). Call us on 0300 303 3924 or drop in to our online virtual clinic on Thursday afternoons.

We now have a school nurse drop in at @Rawlett every other Monday where students can drop in to talk to a School Nurse about anything affecting their health & Wellbeing #SchoolNurse #PublicHealth #EmotionalWellbeing #Tamworth
