Dear @fibernetng, please I demand an explanation to this network issue, I subscribed on the 6th of November only for your network to develop issue just about a week after. We called you didn't pick, sent mails, you didn't respond. It was later resolved towards the end of december

I really don’t like that I have to do this, but @fibernetng has refused to do the right thing and we're tired of staying silent. My sister paid ₦70k to @fibernetng for internet installation after they clearly confirmed and told that her location was within their coverage area
